Return Policy
- We understand that sometimes orders may not be the right fit for you. If you wish to return/exchange your item, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We will offer you store credit with an additional £5 towards an item of your choice.
- If you receive an item that is significantly different from its description or is defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt to initiate a return or exchange.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment within 14 days after we receive the returned item, provided it meets our return criteria.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Choosing a selection results in a full page refresh.
